Paid at purchase.
Months of installments
The remaining 80% in parts: monthly, quarterly or every six months.
Completion
Blocks B and C in May, block A in December 2027.

Full payment
You can pay for the apartment at once. Ask the manager about the terms.
Buying remotely
Only a passport is needed for the contract. You can sign by power of attorney and pay by bank transfer.
